What’s it like being a ‘clam-reproducing’ woman?

When I was growing up, I was told that I had to be “strong and muscular” to be a female.
I thought I was going to be the next Mary-Jane or a Sarah Connor, the role models.
I had a lot of fun with it, but the idea of a “clam” didn’t really cross my mind.
I’m a huge fan of the term “cricket” and “pitch” for “the sport”, so when I heard “cram” and a “reproduction” made the news, it was like: Wow!
I’m on the radar!
I have been “crawling” in my 20s and 30s, trying to keep fit, trying not to look like a “slob”, trying not do any of those things that girls do.
I do a bit of lifting and stuff but I’m really into a bit more physical exercise.
I have to be flexible and strong.
My body has changed and I don’t know how to adapt.
I’ve been training to be stronger and faster, but I don and I’m struggling with that.
I don`t know how I’ll be able to get back to that fitness level if I’m not “crazed”.
I think it would be a shame if I went into it without a plan.
